|All campers must participate in the orientation meeting held on the check-in day. Please bring|
|your signed medical release form and amateur athletic waiver to turn in at the meeting. Forms |
will be emailed to campers after the signing deadline or you may download the forms here and
here, or on Resources Page.
|Campers MUST be registered members of USA Diving! A Limited Athlete membership|
|($12.00 plus $2.95 processing) is adequate for camp participation. If you are already a |
registered member of USA Diving, please send a copy of your membership card with your Camp
